    I cant connect to my sister's modded lan world

    I had the same problem and was able to fix it. The solution was one or both of these: all clients must have the exact same mods as the server (as seen by the number of mods and the mod list in the main Minecraft menu all clients must be running the EXACT same version of Forge 1.18.2. Have everyone with the error reinstall the Forge client using the same installer that was used for the server. Hope this helps
