Crender

I'm trying to make a modded server for me and some friends and after going through i load of issues and fixing them using google i've come to a standstill. When using the run.bat it freezes on the one command line. My server is online as i can connect but why can't i type anythiing in the command box? https://ibb.co/Qv7PsBp
