Same issue here, also posted here but no reply at all, the temp fix is keep the ammount of mods under 51, no matter if its client-side or both. Hope this will be fixed in 1.19.1

Hi, i can't join my modded server with just 1 more mod, for example: 51 mods are fine, but with 52 mods or more i can't join the server anymore (works fine in singleplayer), if I want to add one mod, i need to remove one (any mod), this happens since 1.19 version.
