    Some 1.10.2 12.18.2.2099 files are not executing. Welp!

    Ok, so what is happening is shown in the title. Help me to fix this hell problem:- https://photos.app.goo.gl/z2xwRpqwTiHFRGyx8 See this photo. I saw a youtuber did this download, and their computer downloaded the client. I don't get it why my computer doesn't do that, maybe a bug? IDK. But the real thing I want to say is that can anybody help my forge 12.18.2.2099 install.
