    Can't connect to server because payload may not be larger than 1048576 bytes

    I'm trying to setup a modded server but I keep disconnecting due to the payload may not be larger than 1048576 bytes when I try to join it. I don't have any client-side mods either.     I keep trying to setup modpack for some friends but every time I load it up it says there is a rendering overlay error. The crash log is here: https://pastebin.com/wqHvgS81 Any help would be great.
