1.16.5 crashes upon loading/ creating a world

Every single 1.16.5 version I used crashed when loading or creating a world, it would take an unusually long time to load then immediately go to saving world and freezes. It happened on all the 1.16.5 mods I use (Extra boats, Dragon mounts:legacy and customnpcs)! This has been going on for a while.IDK what to do, please help!
