    Forge unable to install libraries

    https://imgur.com/a/r5DRfYX I'm trying to install 1.12.2 forge to play some mods with friends but it always fails to download scala compiler. I've also tried downloading it externally and putting it in the folder but that also failed. I'd really like if anyone could assist me in on this.
