I'm new to forge and I can't find methods other people talk about or I can't find the methods I would like to use for my project. Is there any complete documentation for forge (the official documentation was not helpful in some cases)

I know how to call a method I just couldn't find it.

I found that after changing an ability server-side I sould call onUpdateAbilities. What's onUpdateAbilities?

I want to modify capabilities. I've seen somewhere that you can go player.capabilities.allowFlight or something like that

If I write player.capabilities it doesn't exist.
