Continue To Get: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS When Attempting Install

When I hit the install button on either the most recent or recommend, it takes me to google chrome error screen with that. -
I've tried clearing cookies and opening in incognito, but I've been unable to fix this issue. Any help?
