I wasn't sure how to post a video or screen shot on here, so I posted it on reddit. Link:

I haven’t used forge in about a year and recently downloaded it again to play again. But when I run forge, without mods or anything, it has a texture issue. Once I pick up an item my screen starts flashing green, brown, white and blue. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting minecraft as a whole. Every mod I’ve had has been deleted too just to check but it hasn’t worked either. The sound also isn’t audible, don’t know if that helps find the issue.
