    my game keeps on disconnecting with 1.8.9

    my game has been disconnecting me for quite a while and I know that it is forge because i removed all the mods and it still disconnected me. I also know its not my mc bc I also loaded up default 1.8.9 and it worked perfectly fine. The disconnects happen whenever I switch servers such as in hypixel whenever I go into a game or enter a new lobby it has a chance of disconnecting me. Ive also tried to uninstall and reinstall but it did nothing. How do I stop these disconnects?
