    Forge 1.19.2-43.1.3 wont install. Please help!!!!

    When I run the installer for forge it gets to "Building Processors" then gives me this error code "failed to run processor: java.net.ConnectException:Conection timed out: connect". I have java 17 and have ran jarfix, nothing works.
