I am having the same problem. I tried loading all the other forge versions before 1.19 and they worked. 1.19 works as well, but when I try to lunch versions any higher, they either crash right before the text on the splash screen shows, or it doesn't load at all with Exit Code: 1. I have looked at the debug and change log, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Forge versions 43.1.1 and 43.1.16, Java, Optifine wasn't working but I got it to by reinstalling. I tried launching them with and without mods but it keeps happening.
