    Forge won't Install

    Hello everyone. I decided to install Forge so I could play with mods. When I tried to install it gave me an error saying that libraries couldn't be installed. I found out that you had to install each library manually, and I did. But when it came to the last file(org.scala-lang:scala-xml_2.11:1.0.2) no matter how many resources I downloaded it from, the error would stay. Every other library error was gone but this one stayed and it really bugs me. Please help me.
