    Failed to load data packs, can't proceed with server load

    MC Version: 1.18.2 Forge Version: 1.18.2_40.1.84 I open the game, it loads up until I try to create a world or upload the mods to my server and then I get this: "Failed to load data packs, can't proceed with server load. You can either fix your data packs or reset to vanilla with --safeMode". I thought it was Paxi; Nope. I thought it was Supplementaries; Nope. I've been screwing with this for a few days moving mods around and trying different versions to no avail.
