Random annoying lag spikes, need help!

Hey did you manage to fix it? I currently have the same problem, random lag spikes and I'd say I have quite a mid-high-end pc and the problems also started occuring recently. I too did a full reinstall and this happens in Vanilla and modded. Immensely annoying.
