i downloaded the forge-1.10.2-12.18.3.2511-installer.jar file and selected the install server option. the server files install in the selected folder but when i try to run the forge-1.10.2-12.18.3.2511-universal.jar file nothing happens, no new files are generated and no command window opens. I tried starting it using a .bat file and a command window opens but it just fails to launch server. https://imgur.com/a/0vXcSqu images to maybe help
