WORKAROUND: This seems to be related to new versions of forge forcing IPv6 On the hosting machine, add the following to the JVM arguments on the machine that is hosting -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true Now the LAN game will be broadcast on IPv4 and other machines will see it and be able to connect

  3. I am having the same issue. I am hosting a LAN game on a Debian machine with Minecraft 1.19.2 and Forge 43.1.43. I can connect from windows 10 using GDLauncher and the same versions of MC and Forge. I get this error whenever I try to connect using Either GDLauncher or Prism launcher on any other machine. I have tried to connect from another Debian machine, an Arch machine, a Fedora machine and my steam deck. Here is a link to the entire debug.log https://mclo.gs/IXFcxAp
