    java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.spongepowered.asm.launch.MixinTweaker

    I tried setting up mixins in 1.8.9 and everything works perfectly fine in my Intellij modding environment. When I then compiled it to a mod however and tried to run it I crash due to a 'java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.spongepowered.asm.launch.MixinTweaker'. Any ideas what could be the cause?
