    Custom minecraft modpack doesn't want to load. Forge 1.16.5. I need help.

    So i recently made my custom 1.16.5 modpack in which i have around 100 mods. My forge doesn't load after mod setup (sometimes before). It doesn't crash but it just freezes (the red box when FML early loading process). I can post every needed thing. I really want to play it. Any help will be appreciated.
