    I can't access a version

    I keep trying to access a game version 1.8.9 but it keeps showing this error screen. I used the internet and downloaded some versions of Java but it still doesn't work. Here is the error screen: Unable to locate the Java runtime. Error details: 0x00000000 - system: Undefined error: 0 Filename on disk: Path: . Exists: Directory I am using Macbook and a M1 Chip.
