    1.12.2 not loading anything

    OK so my game stats fine BUT when I try to join a server it says 'Can't connect to the server' and in single-player, the loading screen pops up, and then the game crashes I read the logs and solutions it was saying something to do with my internet and I tried changing that too but still, the same thing happened so I tried different versions 1.18,1.19, etc. and all of them worked fine its only with 1.12. is my PC corrupted? i am on windows 10 64-bit its the "failed to create a child event loop" error do i have to delete my anti-virus
