    Got a " The game crashed whilst rendering overlay" error.

    I keep getting the following error when I try to start up minecraft. "The game crashed whilst rendering overlay Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Rendering overlay Exit Code: -1" This happens after the game goes into full screen but before the main menu can load.
