I think one of the mods corrupted a tag, leading to it using the empty tag and mining as slow as by hand.

I have added a cave biome to my 1.19.2 mod and had it generate with terrablender. Yet when it generates, all of the foliage and everything spawns on the surface as well as underground.

so, how do I make it store the NBT in the correct location ("soulbound:seals")?

Delete the blacklist file. If that does not work delete The "nightconfig" mod.
