  1. Hi, i am new to pc and don't understand a lot of the intricate stuff like the files. (this is all in Minecraft 1.19.3) I watched some tutorials online and downloaded forge (forge shows up in the java Minecraft launcher) and after that i wanted some textures/shaders for Minecraft. when I found them on the forge website, I downloaded them, dragged them into the folder of forge in the main Minecraft screen. then reset my game and went back to check. when I went to check. There was none of my mods showing up. I read through some threads and I don't understand the making of separate files and how to find .Minecraft and the debug logs. I understand that it may be difficult to help me cause i am new to windows but I ask for some grace in someone that might help me. Thank you
