    How do you find/make liquid XP? or XP bucket?

    My husband and I have been trying to figure out ALL DAY how to obtain liquid XP for this thing he's making, and it looks like it comes in a bucket but nothing we can find will tell us how to obtain it other than one that said to get it from a tank that already HAS it in it. We are very confused.
