Found the solution I just had to remove Roughly Enough Resources

When creating a world with this modpack of around ~85 mods the game shows a grey screen after generation then simply says disconnected and sends me to the multiplayer screen Debug log: Github Gist

hmmm got it. I removed this mod and many others that were causing problems and now im getting an error code of -1 and it says org.spongepowered.asm.mixin.transformer.throwables.MixinTransformerError: An unexpected critical error was encountered im not sure what the problem here is now so maybe you can find something? https://gist.github.com/GuardedBroD/29ef09f2d6d6eb3545416ddd55f6f8d6

I am not sure what the mixinextras mod is? i couldnt find it anywhere

See thats where my problem was i couldnt find an error either there isnt one in the latest.log either and so im really not sure what causes the crash

I may just be stupid and I am not the best at reading logs the games been crashing consistently no matter what I change with exit code: 1 Github Gist
