I'm sorry if this was the wrong place to post this, I just made my account and have never used these forums. However, I did find a solution just now, it was a custom spawners mod I didn't even knew I had in the mods folder, thank you for your help, very honestly I would've been a lot more lost and ready to give up if not for posting on here.

Yeah I deleted that mod entirely but for some reason that still shows up, even after deleting all files.

I've been trying to play a custom modpack, however when I make a new world and re-open my game, it continues to crash. I've been removing mods, and checking the crash reports and theres not very much info that I've been able to detect an error with, I've been on these forums since last night checking for any help, but to my surprise, not very people post about this issue.
