    Forge Not installing (inexperienced)

    I'm having a lot of trouble trying to install Forge I have minecraft 1.19.2 and I'm trying to install forge 1.19.2 and it keeps coming up with . "Something went wrong with installing. <br /> Check log for more details: <br/>java.lang.RuntimeException; javax.imageio.IIOException: Can't create cache file!" I've had this problem for ages and tried multiple versions of both minecraft and forge and it just won't work. I don't know how to check the runtime exception and I've googled everything and it just doesn't make sense. If I could get help with this ASAP I would be so eternally grateful
