I found how to install forge (windows+r -> cmd -> java -jar forge-1.19.4-45.0.22-installer.jar) I don't understand why I can't install it when i juste click on it

I got forge unzip, only in .jar, but the same error message spawn. My friend told me it might be my windows update (my computer is 6 years old and I can't have Windows 11. Can you tell me if it is or not

I don't understand how I can unzip it ?(When I unzip it with right click -> unzip , I get a folder not a program)

When I open my file "forge-1.19.3-44.1.0-mdk" (forge installer) my PC open an error window who say : " java install failed; cannot install java; The following switches have errors: "C:Users\user\Downloads\forge-1.19.3-44.1.0-mdk.jar";. Check that the commands are valid then try again. " TY for your help
