yo, i know this thread is pretty old by now and you've probably figured it out yourself or forgotten about it, but i figured i'd just leave this here in case anyone else has this issue and passes through looking for an answer. i personally got this error by having the Rotten Creatures mod installed on 1.19.3 with a couple other mods with it. i don't really know what causes it, nor what it conflicts with, but i figured i'd say that uninstalling that mod specifically fixed my pack. if that's not your issue, sorry and good luck!
