Edit : I finally made it work, after a good night of sleep I realized that I had Java 16 and as much as I wanted it to make sense you don't need java 16 for forge 1.16.5 but java 8. So if you come across this post and have similar problem be sure that you have installed the right java version.
It's been around 4hours that i've been trying to set up a modded minecraft server for coop but forge server didn't even launch once, didn't create any mod file for my server, tried uninstalling and installing different versions of java, didn't really help, it's either couldn't find file main file or some other error message and I'm losing it, why won't it work when in the multiple videos that I've watched it just creates all the needed files without any problem ? I don't want to give up but damn internet isn't helping at all. Currently this is what is in the logs when I try to launch it :
