    Minecraft /msg System

    echoflamesYT posted a topic in Modder Support
    So i am trying to make a Minecraft Forge 1.12.2 Mod that will make it so when anyoen types /msg and then the name of the player hwo has the Mod installed and the Message : "$kit" that the player with the Mod will automaticly reply with "Please enter a Kit name or ID!". And i am done with the code but when i run the client Mod then i get this erorr anyoen can help?: Execution failed for task ':runClient'. > Process 'command 'C:\Users\NAME\.gradle\jdks\adoptium-8-x64-hotspot-windows\bin\java.exe'' finished with non-zero exit value -1 I have JDK 17
