I fixed this by deleting the entire byg config folder. It generates a brand new one if you delete it, which resolved this issue for me. Your file path is at "C:\Users\kotur\curseforge\minecraft\Instances\D\config\byg\" according to your log. Just go and delete the entire byg folder located in the configs directory.
