    I have issues with in-game lightnings/shadows

    I have no mods except dungeon rooms neu optifine and skytills but even if i have them or not I always have dynamic lightning in minecraft forge 1.8.9 I know it's an old version but it is still odd that I have an issue that is seems to be unfixable there is no option or setting for it me to turn the dynamic lightning off I am assuming the problem is within the base game I am so lost I couldn't play the game properly cause of this it literally makes me feel like i am blind can someone help??
