Update I reinstalled minecraft 2 times it still doesn't work

I play with mods and I put 21 mods in my mod folder I allocated 10 GB of ram to the installation (forge 1.19.2) It doesn't work, I updated Java, Windows, Intel drivers (I am on laptop) it doesn't work I have the lowest graphics settings ever ant every time I try my screen freezes and it doesn't crash I have to alt+f4 please help.
