Greetings, I'm a beginner in modding, so I apologize if my question seems naive. I'm curious to find out if it's possible to make Optifine HD 1.10 work alongside Forge. I understand that Forge 1.10 doesn't support mods for that version, but considering that 1.10 mainly consists of security fixes, wouldn't it be feasible to use Optifine 1.10 without encountering any issues? If Forge 1.10 support mods, sorry, but I can't find it. any help here?
