This might be the host notepad file? or did i do something wrong.

Am currently running on java 8 update 371, 1.18.2 and am trying to install forge 4.0.29 which is the latest version. i tried to install the recommended one but this show an error which is clearly in the title. i already have the server installed in my Minecraft and whenever i install forge this always shows in the error "Failed to download version manifest, cannot find client jar URL."
