    1.16.5 own Modpack license problem

    Hi ! I'm trying to make a modpack for me and my friend on curseforge, the problem is that i have 225 mods, (95% of all the mods are already in some modpack and the 5% i have no idea i just found them) and when i'm open the modpack it say " Missing license information in file mod file : D:\CurseForge\Instances\The Little Big ( " The little big " is not the complete name so i assume that it just cut the sentence here... idk what to do.. ) i checked some post and all but some people said that i need to modify the "mods.toml" for adding my license... idk what is mods.toml, where it is, what's a license and when i check some official modpack i didn't see any mods.toml... am i dumb or.??? help me pls
