    Need help forge doesn't create mod folder

    Hello today i tried to create a 1.16.5 server but when I launch the forge-1.16.5.jar to create the mods folder in my server folder it's doing nothing and when i start the run.bat with this file i got an arror that i put in the pastebin below. https://pastebin.com/RJzVabMY
