    minecraft keeps crashing when trying to play a server or create a world

I did recently just delete forge and reinstall just to have Optifine with forge and I also added only one mod (just a worldmap mod). Very confused. Also this log report is only from the server crashing because I have to close minecraft through task manager when It freezes from creating a world so I don't get a log report from that.
