It is the Ofuscate, buddy it is have been a unnoticed topic that the Dev for the mods hasn't fix it capability on Optifine playablity......Just take out "Timeless Gun and Obfuscate" I guarantee that's the mod that is troubling you. I encounter fix it myself. It mean no awesome gun mod to us I prefer you try other mod version like 1.12.2 is "Flan Mod" or 1.19.4 is "Arsenal Mod". I recommend those two a lot in Optifine and Shaders.
