    Forge is unable to download a mappings.txt, connection timed out

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Java, the same with Minecraft, the same with Forge, but the issue is only on 1.18.2. Can't even verify my game profile on 1.18 for some reason. This is what i get every time i boot 1.18.2 with ANY Forge version. https://pastebin.com/gHNJvKE2
