    yes, i just tried opening forge w 'mouse tweaks' and 'jei' and that worked just fine. when i installed quark i thought i installed the right version. ill see what i can do with quark rn.

    just as the title says, i keep getting this annoying error even after doing everything i was supposed to: i reinstalled the newest Java ver., made sure all of my drivers were up to date, even restarted my computer an made sure i had all of that up to date too. i reinstalled forge multiple times and it still doesnt work, i feel like im gonna go insane. here is my latest log, i really dont know what im doing wrong: https://pastebin.com/Mvhr6Uvs
