The server says it has started, those disconnect messages happen automatically without anyone trying to connect

The Minecraft 1.20.1 server I have ran fine for 2 days, until it eventually gets stuck at the minecraft:overworld preparation, without progressing any further. Right now the server runs on a 3072MB RAM.
