It's relatively simple: If antialiasing is really the problem, you just have to open the optionsof.txt file in the MC instance folder and look for "ofAaLevel:" (possibly on line 42). After the colon you then set the value to 0. Then just save and restart the game... Should help!

After I updated the drivers again exactly according to the instructions in the FAQ, everything worked again.

PS: Every Modpack with Fabric installed works perfektly - Maybe this is important...
