    java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: readerIndex(16) + length(1)

    Context: I added some mods to my modpack and it started to throw this exception when I join my server, even if I remove the mods it continues throwing out of bounds. I've tried everything I can think of, from disabling 140 mods to debugging from the logs, but nothing has worked. Here is a link to the latest log: https://pastebin.com/W4iYRkmV Screenshot:
