    I'm having problems with Forge

    Hello, my name is Heitor, I was trying to log into Forge in version 1.16.5, and I noticed that there was a message written, the message was the following text Unable to start Java. Error details: %1 n㯠頵m Win32 application is available. File name on disk: javaws.jar Path: E:\java\lib\javaws.jar Exists: File I've already reinstalled it 2 times and nothing, I've removed my mods and left the folder empty, I've already uninstalled the file known as Javaws, and reinstalled it, I searched and found nothing on the internet, This happens for all forge versions, Could someone please help me?
