If so then im trying to import a mod pack into forge since there's no fabric version for 1.12.2

Like get another launcher?

Whenever I try to open the installer up it just never works, but when I check task manager it says its running. I've tried deactivating my antivirus, spam clicking it, and all of the overwolf apps that are supposed to troubleshoot but even that won't open!
