    I have the same problem with builds minecraftforge-universal-1.5.2-7.8.1.737.zip and minecraftforge-universal-1.5.2-7.8.0.736.zip; if I use minecraftforge-universal-1.5.2-7.8.0.735.zip I have no problems with ladders. I use Magic Launcher 1.1.4 Here is a list of mods and their load order within Magic Launcher.
